Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient goals and outcomes
- Adhere to all facility policies including identification and badging requirements at all times
Required Qualifications
- Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Mexico or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous contract or travel therapy experience
- Experience working in a clinical or rehabilitation facility setting
