Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 5×8-hour shifts (40 hrs/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients across a broad range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, rotator cuff injuries, joint replacements, and more
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for conditions such as ACL tears, disc herniation, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, and postural dysfunction
- Provide post-operative care for patients recovering from procedures including rotator cuff repair and total joint replacement
- Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation technology
- Collaborate with PTA support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maryland or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to work a full-time, Monday–Friday day shift schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
- Experience treating orthopedic, post-operative, and musculoskeletal conditions across adult and geriatric populations
- Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic documentation systems
