    Key Responsibilities
    • Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and establish individualized treatment goals
    • Plan and implement specific physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's clinical needs
    • Provide inpatient physical therapy services in accordance with professional practice standards
    • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support comprehensive patient outcomes
    • Maintain current Kansas Physical Therapist licensure and required certifications throughout employment
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
    • Current Kansas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Kansas licensure
    • CPR certification - Basic Cardiac Life Support (American Red Cross) or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association - Healthcare Provider) must be obtained within 90 days of employment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
    • Prior hospital or inpatient physical therapy experience
