Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and home care.
- Document patient care and progress accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements of the Physical Therapist- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Experience in clinical settings preferred.
