Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting using evidence-based physical therapy practices
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and functional outcomes
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience

Preferred Experience / Skills
- Orthopedic physical therapy experience
- Familiarity with outpatient clinic workflows and documentation systems
