Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients requiring physical therapy services, with a focus on lymphedema management
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Illinois
Current BLS certification required
Lymphedema treatment experience is required for this role
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in an outpatient or specialty therapy setting
Familiarity with Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) techniques
Strong documentation and communication skills
