    Travel Physical Therapist

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, may include weekend shifts

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide physical therapy services to patients on an inpatient acute rehabilitation unit with a 5:1 therapy-to-patient ratio
    • Deliver patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team including OT, SLP, RN, LPN, and PCT staff
    • Document patient care and progress using the Expanse documentation system
    • Maintain strong patient experience standards through effective communication, customer service, and rounding practices
    • Float to medical-surgical unit as needed based on inpatient rehab census
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist license valid in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain prior to start)
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
    • Inpatient care experience required; mentorship available for the right candidate
    • Current BLS certification required
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working with neurological patient populations
    • Familiarity with acute rehabilitation unit workflows and interdisciplinary care models
    • Experience with the Expanse electronic documentation system
