Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services within a rehabilitation therapy setting
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in alignment with evidence-based practices
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to practice in Montana)
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Experience in rehabilitation therapy
