    Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week within a 7:00 AM–5:30 PM window

    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
    • Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines
    • Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring design of functional treatment programs that support effective return to community activities
    • Participate in student programs as assigned, providing appropriate supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations
    • Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all applicable regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements
    • Support organizational performance improvement initiatives and contribute feedback through staff meetings, focus groups, or direct supervision channels
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Missouri
    • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist (new graduates will not be considered)
    • Experience in an outpatient therapy setting
    • Ability to complete thorough clinical documentation in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
    • Demonstrated knowledge of safe patient handling and workplace safety practices
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience participating in or supervising clinical student programs
    • Active involvement in professional development activities, continuing education, or professional organizations
