    Job Summary


    We are seeking a Physical Therapist to fill a full-time role in a hospital setting in Quincy, CA. The Physical Therapist will direct, supervise, evaluate, and provide physical therapy services to patients across acute, swing bed, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings as prescribed by the attending physician. The role may require travel between offices in Quincy, CA and Greenville, CA. The schedule is Monday through Friday. Applicants should be prepared to work across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing departments.


    Minimum Requirements


    • Bachelor of Science, Master, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
    • Current California Physical Therapy License required prior to start.
    • Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE).
    • Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification, approved by the AHA.
    • Compliant with state regulatory requirements.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care, swing bed/skilled nursing, or outpatient settings.
    • Ability to provide care across inpatient, swing, skilled nursing, and outpatient environments. Candidate may be required to travel between Quincy, CA and Greenville, CA.
