Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday with possible rotating weekend coverage | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits and rehabilitation goals
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain licensure
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and/or home health settings
Current BLS/CPR certification

Ability to adapt to varying patient populations and clinical environments
