Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Deliver neurologic or inpatient rehabilitation-focused therapy on a 21-bed unit
- Document patient care and progress using EPIC electronic health records
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor and report patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as clinically indicated
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license required at time of submission
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Pennsylvania Fingerprinting (Childline) clearance required
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system
- Ability to complete a clinical pass/fail exam as part of the clearance process
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred
- Background in neurologic or inpatient rehabilitation settings strongly preferred
