    Contract | Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, No Weekends | Expected 40 hours/week | Flexible scheduling available (5x8s or 4x10s)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide evaluation and treatment services for adult and adolescent patients across a general outpatient orthopedic caseload
    • Conduct full 60-minute evaluations with 1:1 patient time; manage follow-up visits with 30-minute blocks
    • Perform Fall Risk Assessments and Gross Motor Assessments as part of standard evaluation protocols
    • Manage an expected caseload of 55–65 visits per week
    • Collaborate with support staff including front office coordinators, PTAs, and therapy technicians
    • Utilize NextGen and Sidekick AI for documentation and caseload management
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
    • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; new graduates with substantial student rotation experience may be considered
    • Proficiency in outpatient orthopedic evaluation and treatment
    • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced clinic environment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience treating a broad range of orthopedic conditions including ACL tears, rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements, disc herniation, and general low back pain
    • Familiarity with post-operative care protocols and non-surgical orthopedic interventions
    • Experience with TMJ dysfunction, thoracic outlet syndrome, or other specialty orthopedic presentations
    • Prior experience with NextGen EMR or AI-assisted documentation tools
