Contract | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday), 8:00 AM start | No weekend or holiday requirement

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a mixed inpatient/acute and outpatient setting, with approximately 40–50% outpatient caseload
• Treat a primarily orthopedic patient population with variety including acute care, medical, and neurological cases
• Conduct outpatient appointments of approximately 45 minutes in an outpatient ortho clinic setting
• Cover the acute medical floor as well as the outpatient orthopedic clinic
• Work within a collaborative therapy team including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and rehab aides

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (must be obtained prior to assignment start; not required at time of submittal)
• Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in acute care orthopedic and medical settings
• Familiarity with neurological patient populations
• Comfort working in a small community hospital environment with a varied patient mix
