Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Prior experience in an outpatient or similar physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
- Willingness to obtain a permanent state license as required for the assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with documentation systems and clinical compliance standards in a contract setting
