Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinic setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active, permanent South Carolina Physical Therapist license required — compact licensure is not accepted
- Prior experience in a physical therapy clinical setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
- Candidates must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with contract assignment expectations and travel therapy workflows
