Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services within an Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit serving a 14-bed rehab facility
• Evaluate and treat patients to restore function, improve mobility, and support recovery goals
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Epic EMR
• Float on a PRN basis to the Acute Inpatient Unit as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to Epic EMR
• Ability to float to acute inpatient units on a PRN basis

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with inpatient rehab workflows and interdisciplinary team collaboration
