Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Conduct standard initial evaluations and ongoing case management for a diverse outpatient caseload
- Treat approximately 11 patients per day across adult and geriatric populations
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions for a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions including ACL tears, rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements, disc herniations, fractures, and more
- Document patient progress and treatment plans utilizing NextGen EMR
- Deliver post-operative and non-surgical care for conditions such as back pain, meniscus tears, and rotator cuff injuries
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Delaware (or eligibility)
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Experience treating adult and geriatric patient populations
- Proficiency or ability to learn NextGen EMR system
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 11 visits per day
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience treating a broad range of orthopedic conditions including TMJ dysfunction, thoracic outlet syndrome, SI joint dysfunction, and osteoporosis
- Background in outpatient orthopedic or clinic-based physical therapy settings
