Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Manage a caseload of approximately 14–16 patients per day
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to manage a high-volume patient caseload efficiently
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy role
- Strong documentation and time-management skills in a fast-paced outpatient environment
