Key Responsibilities
Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
Maintain compliance with credentialing and quality assurance requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license — permanent Nevada state license required; compact license may be accepted initially but permanent Nevada licensure must be obtained promptly
Prior experience in a physical therapy outpatient or clinic setting
Ability to meet contract quality assurance credentialing requirements
Candidates must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment
Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation platforms
