Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions resulting in declined physical mobility or functional independence
- Provide orthopedic, neurological, stroke, balance, and dizziness rehabilitation services
- Deliver chronic pain treatment through movement-based interventions
- Focus on returning patients to functional independence and community activities
- Travel to multiple points of care as needed
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
- Ability to travel to multiple points of care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in inpatient acute care or rehabilitation settings
- Background in orthopedic or neurological rehabilitation
