Contract | Days | 8-Hour Shifts | Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with flexible Saturday hours | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for patients requiring Physical Therapy services across a wide variety of diagnoses in an acute inpatient setting
- Develop individualized plans of care and provide evidence-based Physical Therapy treatmentWork collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and goals
- Complete all clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- Prior inpatient Physical Therapy experience required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High degree of professionalism and flexibility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working within an interdisciplinary team in an acute care hospital environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse patient caseload with varying diagnoses
