    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide outpatient physical therapy services across a wide variety of conditions including orthopedics, neurological disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, and more
    • Deliver individualized treatment plans to support safe and effective patient recovery
    • Perform and support specialized services such as functional capacity evaluations, gait assessments, vestibular and balance therapy, and pelvic therapy
    • Document patient care and progress using EPIC EMR
    • Adhere to facility scheduling requirements, including availability to work designated holiday blocks if scheduled
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
    • Active New Hampshire PT License or Compact License (must be provided at time of submission)
    • Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification (must be provided at time of submission)
    • Must have own reliable vehicle
    • Must be available to work up to two of the following holiday blocks if scheduled: Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after; Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after; New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and weekend after
    • Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Previous travel therapy assignment experience
    • Familiarity with a broad range of outpatient rehabilitation services and specialty programs
