    Contract | Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite | Minimal weekend commitment (approximately once every 2–3 months, 1–3 hours); no holiday requirements

    Key Responsibilities
    • Treat approximately 8–12 patients per day in 30–45 minute blocks across outpatient and inpatient settings
    • Manage a caseload that is approximately 90% outpatient and up to 10% inpatient, with inpatient duties focused primarily on evaluations
    • Evaluate and treat patients with diagnoses including orthopedic conditions (approximately 90%), general weakness, and neurological conditions
    • Collaborate with a PTA who assumes ongoing treatment following PT evaluations in the inpatient/swing bed setting
    • Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification throughout the duration of the assignment
    • Adhere to facility timekeeping requirements, including clocking in and out on-site
    Required Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program
    • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Wisconsin
    • Current BLS certification required
    • Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible at the standard contract rate
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
    • Familiarity with acute care and swing bed environments
    • Ability to work efficiently alongside PTAs in a collaborative care model
