Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain valid state-issued photo identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
