Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with credentialing and contractual requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license (must obtain permanent Indiana state license promptly if holding a compact license at time of start)
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
- Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols
