Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required clinical documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing and quality assurance requirements throughout the assignment
• Deliver patient care consistent with experience and competencies relevant to the practice setting

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required; permanent Washington State license must be obtained promptly upon assignment start
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting required
• Must meet all contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
• Expected 40 hours per week; expected 32 hours per week during holiday weeks

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems
