Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment programs
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Adhere to all facility policies including identification and badging requirements at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
- Valid state or federally issued photo identification required
- Ability to fulfill a 36-hour weekly guarantee within a contract assignment
- Compliance with all facility credentialing and registry personnel requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and patient populations
