Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients across assigned care settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain valid state licensure and comply with all facility credentialing requirements
- Wear a facility-issued photo badge and present valid state or federal issued identification upon arrival
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to fulfill a 19-week contract commitment
- 35-hour weekly guarantee availability, with flexibility across all days of the week (Sunday through Saturday)
- Must provide valid state or federal issued photo identification upon start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a contract or travel therapy capacity
- Ability to adapt quickly to new care environments and patient populations
- Strong documentation and communication skills
