Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services with a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
- Manage a caseload of 12–14 patients per day, including double-booking of follow-up visits
- Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's functional goals and clinical needs
- Float to neighboring clinic locations as needed to support patient care continuity
- Collaborate with the clinical team and obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours
Required Qualifications
- Active single-state Colorado Physical Therapist license required, or confirmation of application already submitted
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates not accepted for this role)
- Ability to meet outpatient productivity standards in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at the standard contract rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Comfort with high-volume patient schedules and double-booking workflows
