Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy or physical therapy assistant services to patients in accordance with individualized care plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Washington State license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Current state or federally issued photo identification required for facility access
- Ability to fulfill a 36-hour weekly guarantee across a Monday through Friday schedule
- Compliance with all facility credentialing and registry personnel requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Familiarity with documentation systems commonly used in outpatient or post-acute care environments
