    Key Responsibilities
    • Assess clients' needs and develop individualized therapy plans; administer and perform therapeutic interventions accordingly
    • Document clinical observations, services provided, and client progress in the medical record
    • Notify physician of changes in client condition and process orders as required
    • Provide direct consultation with physicians and interdisciplinary team members; share and receive relevant clinical information
    • Deliver training on therapeutic programs, adaptive equipment, and other interventions
    • Supervise therapy assistants in accordance with applicable Federal and State regulations and document supervision appropriately
    Required Qualifications
    • Completion of an accredited physical therapy program required
    • National registration and active state licensure for the state of practice required
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required by the physical demands of the role
    • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior work experience as a therapist in a clinical setting
    • Experience utilizing appropriate infection control, safety standards, and bag techniques in a home care or similar environment
