Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | Five 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday with rotating weekends every 4 weeks and holiday rotation; start times may vary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment within an acute care hospital setting
• Deliver patient care across assigned departments in accordance with all facility and department guidelines
• Participate in rotating weekend coverage approximately every 4 weeks and adhere to holiday rotation schedule
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to the start of the assignment
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Physical Therapy license (verified within the last 30 days); no disciplinary actions or hits on state license
• Minimum of 24 months of Physical Therapy experience, with experience occurring within the last 12 months
• Acute care experience required
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — candidates must reside outside of Arizona

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy assignment experience highly preferred
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center setting
• Familiarity working across multiple departments and shift types
