    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction.
    • Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines.
    • Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring design of functional treatment programs that support effective return to community activities.
    • Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs by providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations.
    • Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all applicable regulatory agency requirements, maintaining professional licensure in good standing.
    • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute feedback through staff meetings, focus groups, or direct supervisor channels to maximize outcomes.
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
    • Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required.
    • Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop appropriate, goal-directed treatment plans.
    • Knowledge of and adherence to discipline-specific professional code of conduct and state practice act requirements.
    • Ability to complete documentation in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines within established timeframes.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience supervising or mentoring physical therapy students in a clinical setting.
    • Active involvement in continuing education, professional organizations, or self-directed professional development activities.
    • Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and quality improvement initiatives in a clinical environment.
