Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5×8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week (32 hours/week during holiday weeks)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license (compact license accepted at start; permanent South Carolina license must be obtained promptly)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel or contract physical therapy experience
- Strong documentation and time-management skills in a high-volume outpatient environment
