Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Adhere to all credentialing and compliance requirements prior to and throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (Compact License accepted for WA and AK)
- Completion of all required credentialing documentation prior to assignment start
- Minimum of one year of separation required for candidates with prior permanent or PRN employment at this facility within the last year
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Strong documentation and clinical record-keeping skills
- Experience working in a high-volume or multi-patient caseload environment
