    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
    • Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines
    • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities
    • Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs by providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations
    • Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all applicable regulatory requirements, maintaining professional licensure in good standing
    • Actively participate in professional development through continuing education, self-study, and involvement in professional activities and organizations
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania
    • Strong orthopedic knowledge and clinical reasoning skills
    • Proficiency in developing and documenting treatment plans, goals, and functional quality indicators in compliance with state and federal guidelines
    • Knowledge of safe patient handling practices and adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures
    • Ability to ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approvals
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation setting
    • Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapy students
    • Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and quality initiatives
