Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
- Complete all required facility-specific documentation and credentialing processes prior to assignment start
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license (Washington State or Compact License accepted)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to fulfill a 13 to 26-week contract commitment
- Must meet all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements before starting assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and clinical workflows
