    Job Title

    Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)

    Location

    Lynchburg, Virginia

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 13-Week Assignment

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation facility setting
    • Evaluate and treat patients recovering from conditions including strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, amputations, and trauma
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and safe return to home
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care and progress toward rehabilitation goals
    • Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Virginia
    • Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
    • Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting
    • Ability to begin assignment as early as August 31, 2026
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a freestanding inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF)
    • Familiarity with rehabilitation of neurological, orthopedic, and trauma-related conditions
