    Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Weekend flexibility available

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments primarily within an inpatient rehab unit (approximately 90% of caseload)
    • Cover mid-level critical care floors, med-surgical floors, and orthopedic floor as needed
    • Manage a caseload of approximately 4 inpatient rehab patients per day and complete all documentation within an 8-hour shift
    • Meet a productivity standard of 22 units per 8-hour day
    • Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, and SLP staff
    • Transition between two facility locations across the contract period, with the first assignment in one location followed by a second assignment at a separate site
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas
    • Demonstrated experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehab settings — not a new graduate position
    • Ability to work independently, including as the sole PT on-site at a given location
    • Strong documentation skills with the ability to complete all charting within a standard 8-hour shift
    • Ability to meet established productivity standards (22 units per 8-hour day)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting
    • Comfort working across multiple units including orthopedic and med-surgical floors
    • Flexibility and willingness to work weekend shifts when mutually beneficial
