Key Responsibilities
Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
Document services accurately and in a timely manner
Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Active Massachusetts PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and patient needs
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a rehab or similar clinical setting
Familiarity with interdisciplinary care team collaboration
