We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in Los Angeles, CA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with physical impairments, injuries, or functional limitations. The PT will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, educating patients and families, and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. This position follows a 5x8 day shift schedule with occasional weekend coverage.
