Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in Los Angeles, CA

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic healthcare team in Los Angeles, CA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients across multiple care settings. This role requires strong clinical skills in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation, along with the ability to educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Provide therapy services in settings such as Acute Care, Outpatient Clinic, Rehabilitation Hospital, and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Treat patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions including post-operative cases
• Implement and progress therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional standards
