Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs by providing appropriate supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations.
Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction.

Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring design of functional treatment programs that support effective return to community activities.

Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all applicable regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements.
Actively participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute feedback through staff meetings, focus groups, or direct supervision to maximize quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop goal-oriented treatment plans focused on timely discharge.
Proficiency in clinical documentation in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines.
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapy students in a clinical setting.
Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and quality initiative participation.
Active involvement in professional organizations or ongoing continuing education beyond minimum requirements.
