We are actively seeking a Physical Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Laurel, Montana on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive rehabilitation team while helping patients improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional performance
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
