Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult patients including post-operative and chronic pain populations
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and neurological conditions including post-op knee, hip, and shoulder cases, as well as low back and neck pain
- Utilize specialized equipment including e-stim, Hivamat, laser therapy, Alter G, and Vector systems
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Indiana
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy settings
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Manual therapy skills and techniques
- Experience treating post-operative orthopedic patients (knee, hip, shoulder)
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR
