Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Administer therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain valid state licensure and comply with all facility credentialing requirements, including wearing a photo badge at all times
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Hampshire
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
Minimum 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
Strong documentation and electronic medical records skills
