Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
- Must obtain a permanent Maryland state license; compact licensure may be accepted initially but permanent licensure is required promptly upon assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
