Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinical setting
• Manage a caseload with a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
• See an expected 12–14 patients per day, including double-booking of follow-up visits
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Tennessee or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Prior professional experience required — new graduates are not eligible for this position
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the facility to be considered at the local rate; standard traveler eligibility applies accordingly

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Comfort managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Experience with double-booking and efficient patient scheduling workflows
