Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in Kingsland, GA

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree acceptable.
• Active Georgia Physical Therapist license is required or license eligible prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient clinic settings preferred.
• Ability to evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and document evaluations and treatments in an EMR.
• Willingness to use clinical outcome data and technology tools to guide treatment decisions.
